Cheeseburger Casserole With Tater Tots
Hey everybody today I'm going to be making the bacon cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole that's I'm going to show you how to make it today and it is from plain chicken and I found this on Pinterest which I love it's so yummy it's so good I did make this a while back for the daycare kids and for my family
we all loved it it's so good it's very filling and it's kind of inexpensive to make it really doesn't take that long either there's just a couple steps so we will get right into it alright so the first thing you're gonna do is you're going to need one and a half pounds of ground beef I only used a pound I
I only buy it in the pound so like to have half a pound I just didn't want to waste an extra half a pound so and I didn't want to make too much so I just used a pound and I just put seasoning in there I you know I do my normal like garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper a couple other things and you're just gonna cook that as you normally would and then like drain out all the extra fat that is in there and then when that's all done you're just gonna set that aside and let that cool for a little bit and then what you're going to need is some bacon and you need
let's see it was 3/4 cup chopped baked chopped up bacon so I just used whatever bacon I had left cooked it up I make it I like to make it really nice and crispy and then I just put it in the bowl and then you're going to get 1 bag of frozen tater tots so 32 ounces so I just grabbed that out of the freezer and you're just gonna plop that in the bowl with the bacon and then what you're gonna do is you're going to take your ground beef that you have previously cooked and you're going to throw that in there also and mix that around just a little bit and then you're going to need one can so it's a ten-ounce can of condensed cheddar cheese soup and you're gonna throw that in there and then you're also going to need one 16-ounce container of sour cream so just that
I just threw that whole thing of sour cream right in there on top of it and the last thing you're going to need is two cups of shredded cheddar cheese and you're gonna throw that on top of it and then you're to mix it all up really nice and good and then after that, you're going to grab a 9 by 13 pan and you're going to just spray that down with Pam and then you're just gonna put the whole bowl in there and then you're going to put the oven at 350 and then you're going to let that cook for about 45 to 50 minutes or until it's like bubbly
I did mine for 45 and it came out great so that shouldn't be the problem if you just do the 45 minutes unless your oven needs a little bit the longer you couldn't meet maybe need like 55 to an hour just depends on your oven and there you have it and you just let it cool down it came out so good it tasted it tastes amazing and definitely highly recommend is something great for the wintertime or even like now of during this time where it's still rainy and cold out and like I said it's cheap easy and it fills you up a lot with all the potatoes in there alright
