Welcome back to another episode of Cindy's home kitchen I'm sitting behind the cameras Michael how do you taught us to roll that over there you'll see Teddy there sitting right there and getting your Joe Jr and saying is there something so this morning guys want me to say this morning they stopped doing it's almost 3:00 o'clock sorry about that will they make some flour tortilla chips maybe just a big the little video that they sell at the supermarket they have worn their fees but I figure why not try and make a recipe 


So this is what the recipe consists it's what you're gonna do you gonna take your flowers right you're probably tortillas and you're gonna base they like this in butter that's half a stick of butter you melt it you put it in a little Bowl and then you fill these flour tortillas with your butter okay when I do another one I'm gonna make four right Michael oh yeah for now, my face can you put your butter on both of them, you see what I did guys okay so flour tortillas melted butter take a brush like mine and put oil on both sides hold on to Teddy and then we're gonna season them with garlic salt that I have here we have also chili powder that's right humans let me finish putting oil 


Okay I'm the told us on both sides and then when we're done we're gonna season every garlic salt that I put here together I mix it together and what I did was I put like less than a tablespoon 3/4 I was born like you know like one tablespoon of seasoning for each six tortillas so I put two of them and I'm making not ten of them so I mix it cumin like 3/4 teaspoons of cumin and three-quarters of our chili powder and three quarters the same for a garlic salt okay and then you mix it together very good you take a little bit like that, I'm gonna put it in the middle first, you saw me when we started a thing that 


I was putting more oil because we have to rub it in okay is the seasoning and these artfully diga chips flour tortilla chips very Michael they're gonna be are gonna cut him just like that and that's what's gonna call tech sorry guys that were funny right I thought it was the oil that you see what I did so that's what we're doing and then we're gonna put in like this together okay see I have some here that I already seasoned and cut and what we're gonna do and I have some in the oven we're gonna cut him like this let me turn it around and press I like big tortilla chips now if you have mice outside in your house, you can use Southside you can use case so you know you can buy your castle and just heat it up they have that can so that you can heat up or else you can buy the cheese and you can melt it if you want you can do like spinach chicken quesadillas whatever you want you to know so what 


I'm doing right now we're just putting then lining them up because they will be going in the oven and I'm gonna show you the ones that I do have it separating them sorry the ones that I do have in the oven see how pretty they look right it's what you see and it's a great idea because if you go to the supermarket or any even a Walmart you go buy a bag and you have two-three four kids and they come together like from school hang out with your other kids or just for like the service and stuff like that you can dip them in anything you want right Michael okay yes you can see come here Michael 


I want everybody to see so you put them in the oven between four and ten minutes and after ten minutes when they're any nice and crisp than you take I'm gonna have my souls out when we come back so you guys can see but I just wanted to give you guys an idea of what I'm doing and these always an appalling flour tortilla chips the season was right Michael oh yeah flower season tortilla chips and instead of buying the supermarket you know those two we don't they like right and their corn is made out of flour very expensive and if you have to like buy two-three nights don't worry you're talking about like 10 and 15 bucks and there's only on the chips so this is an easy way we store digas they come very cheap in the supermarket sometimes they ever want to say we get 40 of them these costs a dollar 49 and I got 20 of them for a dollar 49 


I mean if you want to go cheaper than that they got cheaper than that but this is great and you can make a lot of you know what I'm saying appetizers and stuff like that for the family and the kids and everybody that comes over so with that and we'll be right back in 6 minutes and 34 seconds so when this first batch is done I'm gonna put these on a tray and the way of doing that it has to be a tray, guys before we go that is not grease take know not to grease because you're already offering some things so we'll be right back in 6 minutes I'm taking the first trio I say well because you can see up there oh look at those how would I Mike I'm gonna go on that side Scuse me might be cool if I go sauce as you can see right here oh yeah I got this for my favorite I'll make a second restaurant that the family loves to go to so right now with the Panda me and everything people can order you know to go so I always get like the large one 


So I can use it also for other things what you get out is very handy from our restaurant a Spanish restaurant Hunstanton better oh I didn't go with you too so do you guys know what I'm going to do wait or in a sec look it looks chips let's take a close that the first batch of these I'm gonna put him in here because I want them to all excuse me for putting it in that Teddy oh you got burned earlier huh Michael I taste it when you saw me take one cup so I'm gonna go like this just falling down once it's in great form of no I so you can see they're very nice and toasty already yeah so what I'm gonna do I'm gonna give these to my husband and this is so a good appetizer I'm gonna be making there also but I figure hey let me make some of these so everybody can enjoy you know sometimes you know because of the pandemic we all been going around ordering out


I like feeling like maybe if we go to the drive-through you're not gonna feel that much like it's gonna like affect you but this stuff as affected everybody in a different way and there you go so I want her to make that so we're gonna call these flour tortilla chips right remember tortilla chips and they're very good enough I think I'm ready to see one yeah pour out a second like another minute or so but maybe I should take one I want to take one so everybody can see how toasty they are oh sorry oh you want me to put him over here the problem
