remember it like I was yesterday the
senior making this delicious dish
how old were you when you first started
making ceviche I was about 20 years old

let's get started the
ingredients you're gonna need the base
of fish limes salt corn garlic cilantro

so you can get the flavor you desire
then we're gonna add some salt into the
base of fish
which is gonna be inside a
bowl
after that, we're gonna grab the garlic
paste and we're gonna mix it around the base of fish to give it some flavor then
we're gonna grab our cilantro and we're
gonna pour it on top of the base of fish
and then grab some lime and then mix it
all together, now mix mix mix then add a limo onto
the base of fish and then mix it all
together
Then add a little bit of evaporated milk
it's needed Adam Orihime more after add
onion and mix all together once again, after we're done we're gonna try to set
it up and make into a pretty plate burn
and grab some lettuce and then we're
going to pork ceviche onto the bowl, add some more onions and then some corn
then we're going to grab our sweet
potato and pour nicely on the side to
make it even prettier than it already is
to add the fried corn which is also
known as gancho there's your protein
