Barbecue Chicken Oven Breast

I'm going to use a 6 of these
m6 I'm going to bring olive oil 2 tbsp
so once everything added all going to
give a good mix I'm going to grab my
breasts and I'm going to make a nice cut
in there about 8 depending on a chicken the breast you don't want to cut too all the way through I'm going to make like a
three cards and I'm going to put it into
my masala all the ingredients what we
mix right now so it's really important
that you cut through and once I have all
these breasts ready I'm going to mix
with my hand so make sure that all the
spices you can always use the fresh
breast or even frozen if you have a
frozen just take it to output it in a cold
water let it sit for a couple hours
until all the ice has been gone out now
I put the
plastic wrap and we can let it sit on
the counter
for couple hours and the longer the
better but two hours at least is good so
the leading nation can take place you
can put it in the fridge or you can
leave it out here so I'm going to share
